Everything we do is centered on Ephesians 3:20:
“Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”
We believe God’s infinite ability, through the power of the Holy Spirit working within believers, goes far beyond any human prayer, thought, or imagination—and we exist to help people experience that reality.

With hearts full of love and a vision rooted in faith, they have dedicated their lives to serving in the Kingdom of God. Their mission is to be a beacon of light, guiding individuals toward spiritual renewal and personal transformation, and to lead souls to embrace Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Pastor William Ross

Pastor William Ross, a true worshiper at heart, began his ministry journey at the tender age of five as a lead singer in the choir at Jerusalem Tabernacle of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW) under the leadership of Pastor Estella Williams. By the age of thirteen, his gift for leadership was evident as he stepped into the role of choir director, and praise and worship leader, faithfully serving until he transitioned to Greater Pentecostal Temple Inc., also within the PAW organization. There he dedicated over twenty-five years in multiple roles—including usher, praise and worship leader, choir member, choir director, and Minister of Music.

In 2012, Pastor Ross founded Music Leaders That Rock, an annual concert and awards celebration designed to highlight and honor the dedication of those serving in music ministry—both minstrels and psalmists. Three years later, he expanded his vision for honoring Kingdom service by founding and hosting Our Hat’s Off To You, a special celebration recognizing the faithful contributions of women in ministry.

Throughout more than four decades of service, Pastor Ross has poured himself into the Kingdom of God—singing, praying, teaching, preaching, and most of all serving. His life and ministry reflect a deep heart for evangelism and for meeting the needs of God’s people. In due season, God elevated him from Elder to Pastor, positioning him to lead and equip the Body of Christ on a greater level. With the unwavering support of his wife, Lady Erica Ross, he co-founded E320 Outreach Ministries, where his desire is to see lives transformed through the Word of God. His ministry focus is to bring deliverance and equip believers to live out Ephesians 3:20: “Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Pastor Ross is committed to empowering God’s people to live a life that exceeds human imagination—rooted in faith, service, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
