E320 Outreach Ministries, Inc. is led by Pastor William Ross and Lady Erica Ross. They are deeply passionate about transforming lives by sharing the Word of God and the hope found in Him. Their desire is to see individuals, families, and communities restored, empowered, and living in the fullness of God’s purpose through faith, love, and service.
With hearts full of love and a vision rooted in faith, they have dedicated their lives to serving in the Kingdom of God. Their mission is to be a beacon of light, guiding individuals toward spiritual renewal and personal transformation, and to lead souls to embrace Jesus Christ as their Savior. Their leadership is marked by compassion, humility, and a commitment to seeing the body of Christ strengthened and equipped for every good work.
Pastor William, a worshiper at heart, served as a minister of music for over two decades before answering the call to greater Kingdom service. Lady Erica worked alongside her husband and was content serving in the background. However, God had other plans, empowering her to step into her own calling with boldness and grace. Together, they form a dynamic team in preaching, teaching, prayer, outreach, and kingdom service. The couple is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Christa Jenae and Ashlyn Jade, who shine with their own light, carrying forward the legacy of faith and love.
